  • Participate in hiring processes, collaborate with Talent Acquisition, and ensure team alignment with client expectations.
  • Manage team schedules, approve PTO, ensure timesheet compliance, and maintain service continuity.
  • Perform the full responsibilities of an Executive Protection Analyst as needed to maintain coverage and service quality.

Requirements

  • Three or more years of experience in a GSOC, protective intelligence, executive protection, security operations, or a comparable corporate security environment; prior lead or supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience monitoring threats to executives, conducting travel or event risk assessments, and supporting executive protection operations.
  • Proficiency in global risk event monitoring, OSINT and social media research, investigative platforms, incident management, and security monitoring and reporting tools.
  • Ability to lead shift operations, prioritize competing requirements, provide clear direction, and make sound decisions during high-pressure or time-sensitive incidents.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to brief stakeholders at all levels and produce clear, accurate, and actionable intelligence products.
  • Experience reviewing and quality-controlling analytical products, incident reports, and operational handovers.
  • Ability to train, coach, and support analysts, including facilitating drills and reinforcing standard operating procedures.
  • Strong judgment, discretion, professionalism, and the ability to handle sensitive executive and security information appropriately.
