About this Senior DevOps Engineer role at Intapp
We're looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team in Lisbon at Intapp. In this role, you'll partner closely with Engineering and Product teams to build, operate, and scale reliable cloud-native services. You'll drive automation, improve system reliability, enhance observability, and help standardize infrastructure and operational practices across the organization.

What You Will Do :
You will work with Development and Product Management to design and deliver new functionality.
You will perform deep dives into both systemic and latent reliability issues; partner with software engineers across the organization to produce and roll out fixes.
You will drive standardization efforts across multiple disciplines and services in conjunction with SREs throughout the organization.
You will identify and drive opportunities to improve automation for the company; scope and create automation for deployment, management and visibility of our services.
You will work in an agile operations framework, balancing sprint-based work with daily operational needs.
What You Will Need:
You have hands-on experience in building fault-tolerant and scalable distributed systems.
You have hands-on experience with Azure building and running production workloads.
You have production experience of managing .NET/IIS using Docker and Kubernetes.
You can call yourself an expert in Configuration Management and CI/CD with Terraform and Azure DevOps.
You have programming skills in C# and .NET.
You have solid experience with observability technologies. Like, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry.
Nice to have:
You have developed SLOs for SaaS products.
You have experience managing Java and Node.js services running in Kubernetes.
You have hands on experience with ArgoCD and Argo Workflows.
You have designed and implemented load testing of distributed systems.
