Reporting to the R&D Manager, you will work on a range of development projects, from improvements to existing products to new product development initiatives. Depending on the size and complexity of the project, you may take full ownership of a development project from concept to implementation or contribute as a key technical team member on larger development programmes. • Ensure product designs comply with relevant standards and certification requirements, including IEC and UL
  • Participate in cross-functional development projects across the organization
  • Act as a technical specialist within selected areas of expertise and support colleagues across the business

Your role will combine hands-on product development with coordination across teams and stakeholders . Alongside your colleagues in Denmark, you will work closely with engineering, product management, manufacturing, and commercial teams across the international organization.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • You have a relevant technical education, ideally within Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • You bring experience from a similar role within technical product development, where you have contributed to the development of industrial products and successfully driven development activities from concept through implementation.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • Experience working with products that must comply with standards and regulations such as IEC, UL or DNV is considered an advantage.
  • Strong experience with 3D CAD design tools is beneficial, and familiarity with low-voltage switchboard systems, busbar systems, or related power distribution products would be a strong advantage

This is an opportunity to join an experienced development team and contribute to products that are used in power distribution solutions around the world.
