About this Senior Data Engineer, Data & AI Engineering role at Progress Residential

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Would be an individual contributor responsible for developing data products & solutions for the organization.
- 3+ years of overall in IT with experience in Data warehouse, ETL, BI projects is desired.
- Would collaborate within Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement Data, BI & Analytics solutions.
- Must have experience with development & implementation of Cloud Data Warehouse like Snowflake, Redshift etc.
- Must have experience writing complex SQL stored procedures and conducting performance tuning/optimization.
- Expertise in Snowflake Data Modelling, ELT using dbt SQL / Snowflake SQL, Informatica, Fivetran.
- Experience in Data Migration from RDBMS, S3 to Snowflake cloud data warehouse is needed.
- Designing, building, installing, configuring, and supporting data solutions maintaining security and data privacy.
- Experience in cloud technologies like AWS would be preferred.
- Knowledge in Python, Pyspark, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and AWS S3 would be preferred.
- Experience working in UNIX/Linux environment.
- Experience with ML/AI technologies would be preferred.
- Experience with a BI Tools (PowerBI, Looker, Hyperion) would be preferred.
QUALIFICATIONS AND TECHNICAL SKILLSETS:
- Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering
- 3-7 years of experience in Data Engineering and Data & BI solution development
- Snowflake Certified Professional would be preferred.
NOTES:
- Prefer candidates already residing in Bangalore
- Standard Shift Timing is 12noon to 9pm, however this may vary depending on the business requirements
