In this role, you will support the commercial office by helping keep projects organized, aligned, and moving forward. Responsibilities

• Coordinate commercial office project activities, timelines, and cross-functional stakeholder communication.
• Maintain accurate project records, reports, and administrative documentation across teams.
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve operational issues and follow up on action items.
• Track project milestones, documentation, and approvals to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in project coordination or office administration.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience coordinating with stakeholders across teams.
• Eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia.
• Saudi national.
