About You

You are a motivated Senior Developer with industry experience who is ready to take the next step in your career. You have a strong foundation in software development principles and enjoy working in collaborative environments. You're passionate about building high-quality, scalable solutions and are eager to apply your skills while making meaningful contributions to systems that impact millions of users worldwide. You thrive in an environment where you can own your work from development to production, and you're comfortable adapting to evolving technologies and business needs.

The position offers a hybrid schedule: you will work once a week onsite and four days on remote. Compensation package includes 15 paid working days (PTO) plus local holidays, comprehensive medical coverage (OSDE 310) for you and your dependents, reimbursement for elegible wellness activities, English lessons, global and local events participation, within other benefits.

What you’ll do and how you’ll have an impact

• Develop, test, and maintain microservices within our global platform that reaches millions of connected devices and users.
• Collaborate in an agile team that embraces DevOps culture, taking ownership of solutions from development through to production operation.
• Work on both legacy system modernization and new feature development across our full technology stack.
• Learn from and contribute alongside a senior engineering team, with opportunities to grow your technical and professional skills.

What we’re looking for

• +5 years of backend software engineering experience in production environments.
• Strong professional experience with Java/Spring Boot and Node.js/Next.js, as well as MongoDB and/or MySQL.
• Solid knowledge of microservices architecture, service development, testing, and integration patterns.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, container technologies, and automated testing practices.
• Demonstrated experience owning software systems over time, including operating, maintaining, troubbleshooting, modernizing, and continuously improving existing applications in long-lived production environments.
• Ability to work effectively in a senior capacity, including collaborating with, mentoring, or providing technical guidance to less experienced engineers.
• Track record of using AI development tools to accelerate delivery without compromising code quality, security, or maintainability.
• Fluency in English.
