Primary Responsibilities:
- LMS Administrator shall be responsible for working on assignments dealing with the routine and daily operation, use, and configuration.
- LMS Administrator shall support Email queries related training, courses, user groups, and curriculum.
- LMS Administrator shall create curricula, courses, offerings, and reports in the LMS and enroll learners in required and elective training.
- LMS Administrator shall create user accounts, establish security roles, create and assign curriculum, generate reports, and troubleshoot issues.
- LMS Administrator shall administer qualifications, catalogs, and learning objects.
- MS Administrator shall administer all SOP's, and non-SOP trainings.
- Components in LMS and audit for accurate version and component information.
- Administrator shall respond to all work requests and all inquiries related to LMS system.
- LMS Administrator shall collaborate with the Quality Training Manager on training needs and opportunities for the improvement of training management processes. Support learners on how to use the LMS.
- LMS Administrator shall acquire and maintain knowledge of current technology as it applies to LMS software and systems.
- LMS Administrator shall identify and communicate opportunities for process and quality improvements, providing feedback on usage, defects, and suggested enhancements.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Effectively organize work to complete the assigned tasks to meet deadlines.
- Ensure the assigned tasks are delivered 100% on time or before, as per project SLA.
- Demonstrate Quality of Work & Commitment through excellence in work, ensure correctness and completeness in deliverable s with minimum OR no re-work.
- Support in review of work done by peer teammates, on need basis.
- Alerts and escalates to senior members as required, whenever project deliverable risks are visualized, OR issues encountered impacting the delivery schedule.
- Ensure error free and acceptable quality in assigned deliverables.
- Responsible to ensure training compliance and time sheet compliance.
- Be aware of and comply with the QMS/ ISMS & PIMS Policy.
- Report any potential or actual Security Breaches to the regional and/or global DPO & Security Incidents to CISO/ applicable distribution list.
- Contribute towards the achievement of Quality Objectives Support team internal activities, QA Audits, QA documentation.
- Demonstrate adherence and compliance to PIMS/GDPR requirements as follows: processed fairly, transparently, and lawfully; collected for specified and legitimate purposes; adequate, relevant, and limited to the specified purposes; processed in a secure manner.
Candidate’s Profile:
- Bachelor’s in science or above and in alignment with project / business team requirements.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in identified functional domain/ business work stream.
