Job Description:

Senior AI Architect

Job Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore / Chennai / Kolkata / Noida/ Gurgaon / Pune / Indore / Mumbai

The candidate should have experience or strong understanding of LLM-based applications, agent orchestration, LangGraph or similar frameworks, Azure AI Foundry / Azure OpenAI, MCP or tool-based integration patterns, and LLM observability.

Key Responsibilities

· Design high-level architecture for Conversational AI experiences.

· Define how user intents, workflows, tools, APIs, and backend systems interact.

· Guide the use of LangGraph or similar orchestration patterns.

· Define tool/API integration approach using MCP or structured contracts.

· Establish observability requirements for LLM calls, tool calls, latency, cost, failures, and quality.

· Ensure privacy, security, auditability, and responsible AI practices.

· Support technical decision-making across frontend, backend, AI, and cloud teams.

· Work with product, engineering, SRE, QA, and security teams.

Required Skills

· Experience with AI/ML, Conversational AI, or LLM-based products.

· Hands-on experience or strong understanding of LangGraph or similar Agentic AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, AutoGen, or equivalent

· Understanding of agentic AI concepts such as intent routing, state, tool calling, fallback, and orchestration.

· Familiarity with Azure AI services, Azure OpenAI, or Azure AI Foundry.

· Understanding of backend APIs, cloud architecture, and enterprise integrations.

· Handson experience or strong understanding of LLM Observability

· Good understanding of observability, monitoring, and logging for AI systems.

· Strong communication skills and ability to explain architecture to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

· MCP/tool integration experience.

· Vector search exposure.

· Experience in consumer-facing, CRM, contact center, or enterprise portal systems"
