Job Description

  • Generate and convert potential leads to drive business development and revenue growth.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, embassies, serviced apartment operators, HNIs, and other key stakeholders to expand business opportunities.

  • Engage with clients to market residential projects and provide end-to-end support in residential leasing transactions.

  • Develop networks across residential leasing, other business verticals, and annuity businesses to generate referrals and new leads.

  • Act as a trusted intermediary between landlords and tenants, facilitating negotiations and ensuring smooth closure of lease transactions.

  • Conduct rental market analysis, benchmarking properties against recently leased assets to determine competitive pricing and market positioning.

  • Perform site inspections and leverage online property portals and digital platforms to enhance property visibility and lead generation.

  • Manage individual, corporate, and embassy clients from initial inquiry through transaction closure, ensuring a seamless client experience.

  • Support developers in marketing and leasing initiatives, including the creation of marketing collateral such as brochures, mailers, presentations, mock-ups, and digital content.

  • Draft and review lease agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), fee agreements, and other transaction-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

  • Oversee transaction management, documentation, MIS reporting, and tracking of leads, client visits, conversions, and closures to provide actionable business insights.

  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and performance trackers to support business planning and decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-6 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in professional services firms

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or any similar combination of education and experience.

Communication:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.

  • Ability to effectively present information.

Financial Knowledge:

  • Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles.

  • Basic skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
