Your work:
We're looking for a proactive security professional with a solid foundation in cybersecurity or IT, strong ownership, and a passion for continuous learning. You'll have the opportunity to further develop your expertise through hands-on experience, certifications, and collaboration with experienced security, infrastructure, and application specialists.
You will work closely with the CISO and the technical infrastructure team members to ensure that security events and incidents are properly followed up, security reviews are completed on schedule, and new security tools are implemented to further strengthen our IT landscape.
Your responsibilities include:
• Monitoring daily logs and events.
• Executing weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly security checks.
• Help further secure our security posture by implementing new tools and services.
• Support the CISO in aligning security practices with applicable laws and regulations
• Leading awareness campaigns and serve as primary contact for all security related concerns.
• Assist the team during security audits.

Your profile
For the position of Security Officer, we are looking for someone who has:
• A Batchelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer science or a related technical field
• CISSP or similar certification is preferred but candidates willing to pursue certification are also encouraged to apply.
• 3-5 years of experience in a cybersecurity or IT role.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop yourself.
• An analytical mindset and interest in understanding security and cyber technologies.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work with both technical- and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to travel in the EU occasionally when required.
• A proactive attitude, curiosity, and a drive to continuously improve.
