Summary:
In the role of Security Delivery Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the execution and successful delivery of security services projects by coordinating resources and aligning efforts with global delivery standards. This position requires managing project timelines, ensuring adherence to established methodologies, and utilizing available tools and assets to optimize project outcomes. The role also includes continuous engagement with various stakeholders to maintain project momentum and address any challenges that arise during the delivery process, ensuring that security objectives are met efficiently and effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional groups to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address any deviations from the plan.
- Support the professional growth of team members by providing guidance and mentorship.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Okta Identity Management.
- Experience with identity and access management frameworks and best practices.
- Strong knowledge of security protocols and compliance requirements related to identity management.
- Ability to design and implement scalable security solutions within enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with integration of identity management systems with cloud and on-premises applications.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex security issues related to identity and access.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Okta Identity Management.
- This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
