The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

The SAP Test Automation Engineer will support day-to-day activities within an SAP test automation team for various release timelines, testing cycles and development areas.

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Work across functional and technical teams to develop end-to-end test scenarios within complex landscape.
• Support deployment and regression testing cycles.
• Maintain library of automated test scripts ensuring accuracy and reusability.

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start).

• 7+ years of experience as an SAP SME in one or more functional areas/modules.
• Strong experience in SAP data creation and maintenance.
• Proven background in large-scale SAP implementations and complex end-to-end testing.
• Skilled in developing test scopes across SAP modules, transactions, and external integrations.
• Experience with risk-based testing and SAP test automation tools such as WorkSoft or Tosca.
• Ability to translate business requirements into test cases and work independently in complex environments.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Experience with Live Compare or change impact analysis tools in relation to test case coverage.
• Experience with SAP S/4

Work Location: Hebbal, Bangalore (Karnataka), Hybrid Mode
