Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of programs or projects aligned with business objectives
- Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables while ensuring clarity across stakeholders
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies proactively
- Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings to provide updates, address issues, and maintain alignment
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive informed decision-making and ensure successful outcomes
- Provide guidance and leadership to project teams, fostering accountability and high performance
- Resolve complex problems across teams and ensure smooth delivery of project objectives
- Promote a collaborative team culture that encourages innovation and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in program or project management, preferably within a complex, matrixed environment
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid frameworks)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive alignment across functions
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Ability to manage priorities, risks, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience leading teams and influencing outcomes across different organizational levels
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile-related certifications
- Experience managing large-scale transformation or technology-driven initiatives
- Familiarity with project management tools and reporting frameworks
- Background in consulting or professional services environments
