As an SAP - BODS - Associate 2, you will specialize in providing consulting services for data and analytics solutions using SAP technologies. You will analyze client requirements, design and implement data management and analytics solutions, and provide training and support for effective utilization of SAP data and analytics tools. Working closely with clients, you will develop data models, perform data analysis, and create visualizations and reports to support data-driven decision-making, helping them optimize their data management processes and derive valuable insights to achieve their strategic objectives.

As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. Responsibilities

- Analyzing client requirements to design and implement SAP data management and analytics solutions
- Developing data models and performing data analysis to support data-driven decision-making
- Creating visualizations and reports using SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP BusinessObjects BI
- Collaborating with clients to understand their data needs and optimize data management processes
- Implementing data integration and migration strategies using SAP Data Intelligence Cloud
- Enhancing data quality through the development of Data Quality Improvement Plans (DQIP)
- Providing training and support for effective utilization of SAP data and analytics tools
- Engaging in complex data analysis to derive valuable insights and support strategic objectives
- Supporting seamless integration and utilization of business applications to optimize operational efficiency
- Applying data security measures to protect client information and maintain compliance standards

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Data and Analytics solutions, including SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP Business Warehouse (BW/4HANA), SAP Data Intelligence, or related data platform credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence (BI)
- Utilizing SAP BW on HANA Data Modeling and Development
- Excelling in complex data analysis and data-driven consulting
- Applying data integration and data migration techniques effectively
- Developing data visualization skills to present insights clearly
- Engaging in active listening and communication to foster teamwork
