As a SAP - ABAP - Senior Associate, you will be at the forefront of delivering innovative solutions within our Digital Core Modernisation network. You will work closely with clients to address their complex business challenges, from strategy to execution, leveraging your skills in SAP technology. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections, guide and mentor junior team members, and navigate complex situations to deliver quality work. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, using your skills to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will contribute to the development of your technical acumen and the PwC brand. You will be involved in business development activities, helping to identify and research opportunities with new and existing clients. Within our Advisory Service Delivery Centre, you will support process quality and delivery capability, working as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience. This is an opportunity to grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills while building effective working relationships directly with clients.

Responsibilities

- Assisting in the management of multiple client engagements, reporting to Managers and senior leadership
- Leading and training staff to enhance their technical acumen and consulting skills
- Establishing effective working relationships with clients to address complex business issues
- Contributing to business development activities by identifying and researching opportunities with new and existing clients
- Developing and maintaining internal relationships to strengthen your personal brand within PwC
- Utilizing Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) to support business transformation initiatives
- Implementing SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori solutions to optimize client processes
- Applying analytical thinking and strategic technology planning to drive process improvement and optimization
- Embracing change and fostering creativity in the design and automation of business applications
- Confirming data integrity and compliance within SAP HANA and SAP NetWeaver frameworks

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP)
- Utilizing SAP Analytics Cloud for strategic technology planning
- Excelling in SAP Fiori and SAP HANA design automation
- Embracing change and process optimization in business transformation
