As a SAP - ABAP - Senior Associate, you will be at the forefront of delivering premium, cost-effective services that enhance process quality and delivery capability for client engagements. Within our Advisory Service Delivery Centre, you will leverage your skills to support clients in solving complex business issues, from strategy to execution. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will guide and mentor others, navigating increasingly complex situations to grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will proactively assist in managing several clients, train and lead staff, and establish effective working relationships directly with clients. You will contribute to the development of your own and your team's technical acumen, staying informed about local and national business and economic issues. Additionally, you will be actively involved in business development activities to identify and research opportunities with new and existing clients, while continuing to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand.

Responsibilities

- Assisting in managing multiple client engagements and reporting to senior management
- Leading and mentoring junior staff to enhance team performance and technical skills
- Establishing and nurturing direct relationships with clients to understand their needs
- Contributing to the development of technical acumen within the team
- Staying informed on local and national business and economic trends
- Engaging in business development activities to identify and research new client opportunities
- Developing internal relationships and enhancing your personal brand within the firm
- Utilizing Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) to support client solutions
- Implementing SAP technologies such as SAP HANA, SAP Fiori, and SAP NetWeaver for process optimization
- Applying analytical thinking and strategic technology planning to drive business transformation
- Embracing change and fostering a culture of inclusion and innovation within the team
- Designing automation solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness in client processes

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP)
- Utilizing SAP Analytics Cloud for data-driven insights
- Implementing SAP Fiori for enhanced user experiences
- Leveraging SAP HANA for optimized data processing
- Excelling in strategic technology planning and business transformation
