We are currently looking for a Sales Training Manager to join our Corporate Performance & ESG Business Unit. CP & ESG delivers software solutions and services that help organizations manage financial, sustainability, operational, and regulatory reporting requirements, enabling better business performance, risk management, and compliance through data-driven decision-making.

In this role, you will partner with Sales Leadership and key stakeholders to design and deliver enablement initiatives that improve seller performance, accelerate productivity, and support revenue growth across the business.

About the Role

As a Sales Training Manager, you will serve as a trusted strategic partner to Sales Leadership, driving the design and execution of enablement initiatives that increase seller productivity, elevate customer engagement, and accelerate revenue growth. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will identify performance and capability gaps, translate business priorities into targeted enablement strategies, and deliver scalable programs that drive measurable sales outcomes. You will use sales performance insights to identify improvement opportunities and help sellers execute strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales leadership to identify performance gaps and enablement priorities.
  • Develop and implement sales enablement programs aligned with business and revenue objectives.
  • Use sales performance data, pipeline analysis, and field insights to drive enablement initiatives.
  • Design and facilitate sales training programs for customer-facing teams.
  • Deliver coaching and readiness programs focused on sales methodologies and best practices.
  • Manage onboarding and ramp programs to accelerate new hire productivity.
  • Develop enablement resources, certifications, and learning materials in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Support frontline managers with coaching frameworks and enablement tools.
  • Measure program effectiveness through adoption, proficiency, and business performance metrics.
  • Present enablement insights, recommendations, and program outcomes to senior leadership.

What We Are Looking For

Education

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university 

Experience: 

5+ years of experience in Enablement, Sales Training, Sales Productivity, Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, Sales Programs, Sales Leadership, Learning & Development or a related commercial function. Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, ideally in SaaS, cloud, enterprise technology or another complex sales environment. 

Required 

  • Ownership of new-hire onboarding and ramp programs, measured by time-to-productivity and performance outcomes. 
  • Coaching sellers on live opportunities using MEDDPICC, BANT, or comparable qualification methodologies. 
  • Frontline sales manager enablement, including certification and coaching programs. 
  • Influencing and driving adoption across stakeholders without formal authority. 
  • Data-driven performance analysis, including pipeline, funnel, ramp, and sales productivity metrics. 
  • Experience leveraging AI-enabled coaching tools, with the judgment to validate and refine AI-generated feedback. 
  • Prioritizing enablement initiatives based on performance insights, business needs, and revenue impact. 
  • Building effective partnerships with regional and global stakeholders in a matrixed organization. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed organisation 

Preferred Experience 

  • Experience in SaaS or cloud-based sales environments. 
  • Experience supporting multi-business-unit, multi-brand, or global organizations. 
  • Hands-on experience with Highspot and related sales enablement technologies. 
  • Experience enabling sellers who engage finance leaders, including CFOs and other office-of-finance stakeholders. 
  • Sales coaching, enablement, or sales methodology certifications. 
  • Additional language skills and experience working across international markets.
