Responsibilities
Support the Account Management and Business Development teams with ongoing projects, initiatives, and client-focused activities.
Track project progress and coordinate activities with internal stakeholders.
Monitor and analyze sales, operational, and customer performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
Collect and maintain business and account performance data to support decision-making.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Support lead management activities, including the qualification and routing of new opportunities.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives that increase efficiency and support operational excellence.
Prepare presentations, reports, and business updates for internal and external stakeholders.
The role involves daily (or regular) communication with pan-Canadian stakeholders.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Managements, Logistics, or a related field.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data management.
Previous customer service, sales, or team-based experience is an asset.
