About this Sales Engineering Transformation Specialist - AI Enablement role at Rubrik Job Board
This role is a critical pillar of our Sales Engineering Transformation team. You aren't just teaching our broader Sales Engineering community about AI—you are actively using AI to fundamentally reform how enablement is delivered across the entire organization. We are looking for an innovator who has successfully integrated GenAI, conversational intelligence, and AI-driven coaching into large-scale training programs. You will be responsible for elevating the technical expertise of all our SEs, ensuring they possess cutting-edge knowledge of AI infrastructure, Machine Learning concepts, and our specific product offerings.
- AI-Powered Enablement Strategy: Design and develop advanced training curriculums utilizing AI coaching tools, virtual roleplay environments, and modern enablement platforms to scale learning across the global SE community.
- AI Training Delivery: Lead in-person bootcamps and virtual sessions that educate new and existing SEs on our core AI capabilities, product architecture, and integration strategies.
- GenAI Content Creation: Leverage Generative AI to rapidly build, iterate, and tailor training materials, ensuring the global SE knowledge base remains agile and current with fast-moving industry trends.
- AI-Driven Knowledge Validation: Use conversational AI and automated feedback loops to assess new SEs post-onboarding, validating their AI product knowledge absorption and pitch delivery.
- Product Liaison: Partner directly with Product Management to translate new AI features, model updates, and roadmaps into compelling, scalable technical training for the field.
- AI Transformation Experience: Proven track record of implementing AI tools (e.g., GenAI for content creation, AI roleplay bots, conversational intelligence) to reform and scale enablement programs.
- Technical Acumen: Deep, demonstrable knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning concepts, Large Language Models (LLMs), and modern AI architectures.
- Exceptional Enablement Skills: Proven experience in teaching or delivering complex technical content to a broad sales or technical audience through interactive, successful bootcamps.
- Strategic Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management, and Engineering to support a highly technical, enterprise-wide Sales Engineering motion.
