Sales Development Representative — Italy

Location: Milan — On-site Team: Italy Sales Development | Full-time | Office-First

 

About the team

Our Sales Development team is the starting point of SumUp's sales journey, opening doors for thousands of Italian small businesses and feeding the Field Sales pipeline. From our new Milan office, you'll help build the outbound function for the Italian market, working side by side with SDRs, Team Leads, and Field Sales. If you enjoy talking to people, learning every day, and want to build a real career in sales, this is the place for you.

 

What you'll do

  • Reach out to small businesses through outbound calls to introduce SumUp's payment and POS solutions
  • Qualify prospects by understanding their needs and spotting the best sales opportunities
  • Book qualified meetings for the Field Sales team, directly contributing to business growth
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline through disciplined prospecting and follow-up
  • Share best practices with the team and help continuously sharpen our outbound approach
