What You Need For This Role
Experience. 8+ years in a Global Total Rewards function within a matrixed, high-growth organization. Background in tech or digital media with a track record of international sales compensation rollouts strongly preferred.
Education. Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field. A Master's degree or professional compensation certification (e.g. CCP) is a strong advantage.
Analytical Mindset. Highly quantitative and detail-oriented, with a commitment to discreet handling of sensitive compensation data.
Technical Proficiency. Advanced experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office. Workday experience is a major plus. AI literacy and hands-on use of tools like Claude, Gemini, or ChatGPT is highly valued.
Communication. Full professional proficiency in English is essential; Spanish fluency is a plus.
Adaptability. The resilience and drive to develop and roll out large-scale Total Rewards programs across a global organization.
Culture Add. We're a small, collaborative, and high-performing team. We value directness and strong opinions, held loosely, designs get challenged here, and that's how we get better. Flexibility matters: this is a collaborative environment where designs evolve through healthy challenge, and exceptions to policy exist but are managed carefully.
