Key Responsibilities

• Support sales and opportunity capture processes.
• Prepare and maintain commercial documentation, proposals, and supporting materials.
• Analyze pipeline data, sales metrics, and performance trends.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and complete submissions.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps across opportunities.
• Ensure quality and compliance in sales records and reporting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in sales operations, sales support, or business analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; CRM knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
