The Position
职位概述:
负责所辖区域内的销售管理，在预设的费用预算前提下确保公司销售目标的顺利完成
主要工作职责:
在由上级主管事先设定的费用预算内，通过目标设定和资源分配，领导激励销售团队达成或者超过销售目标
定期递交公司所规定的格式和内容的销售报告给直线经理， 提供定期市场和竞争信息以供销售和市场决策
每月积极管理销售绩效；为团队成员进行持续的绩效评估发现绩效差距以提高其产品知识和销售技能，最终提高团队的绩效表现
每月提供真实的运转销售预报，在年底协助上级主管准备年度预算
为自己所负责的团队提供辅导，通过对辅导和发展活动进行系统计划，高效领导团队，实现人员发展
积极地维护费用跟踪系统
发展团队人员，以支持业务快速增长的需要，与市场部/大区协作给新加入员工提供基础的产品培训
与可以有决策权的专家建立良好关系, 确保总体客户满意度
与市场部紧密合作，以推动全国推广计划及活动的实施
协助指定经销商与供应链部门配合保证充足的库存和地区覆盖
拥有基本的市场概念，给公司就战略问题例如业务增长机会和威胁提供定期的分析和意见
保证下级主管在进行日常的辅导和员工发展活动，接受他们系统的定期的反馈
积极发展与重点客户的良好关系，包括政府采购部门和科研领导人员
岗位要求：
生命科学或相关领域硕士及以上学历
英语说写能力俱佳
熟练应用微软办公软件
产品和应用的专业知识
5年/8年以上相关行业销售，应用支持，客户服务或培训等外企管理工作经验
