The Position

学科建设

• 拜访临床及病理医生，维护客户关系，按时按质的完成相关客户洞见，尤其重点专家对于疾病领域洞见的收集并进行总结/分析/反馈。

• 组织/协调/整合各类疾病领域学术会议，推动建立疾病领域治疗规范。

• 与PI和Sub-PI合作，使符合入组标准的患者及时入组。

团队协作

• 主动地与生态圈内外团队成员进行合作和分享，以整合资源，提升团队能力。

岗位所需胜任力

• 具备相关疾病领域的基础知识

• 良好学习能力

• 业务敏锐度

• 较高的沟通能力和高效的执行能力

• 多产品资源整合能力

• 正确的思维和行为 (使命驱动，合作共赢，成长性思维)

• 3年以上医药行业工作经验

• 既往有销售/市场/医学经验

• 跨职能工作经验为佳

• 医学或药学相关本科及以上学历
