Dublin Post Acute  

Location: Dublin, OH  

Position Type: Full-Time Night Shift (Rotating weekend shift)   

Hours: 7:00pm – 7:00am  

$2,500 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time RN/LPN 

Dublin Post Acute is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated RN to join our team on the night shift. The RN/LPN is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care, supervising clinical staff, and ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation environment. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities 

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans. 

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. 

  • Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report changes to physicians and appropriate team members. 

  • Supervise and support LVNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff. 

  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements. 

  • Respond to resident emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions. 

  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members. 

  • Participate in shift reports, care conferences, and quality improvement activities. 

  • Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations. 

  • Promote a positive, resident-centered environment focused on quality care and customer service. 

Qualifications 

Education & Licensure 

  • Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing. 

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program. 

  • Current CPR/BLS certification required. 

Experience 

  • Previous experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care preferred. 

  • Experience supervising nursing staff preferred. 

Skills & Abilities 

  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities. 

  • Proficient documentation and computer skills. 

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. 

Physical Requirements 

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the facility during scheduled shifts. 

  • Ability to assist residents and respond to emergencies as needed. 

  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
