As a Risk and Compliance - ISMS- Senior Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining regulatory compliance and managing risks for clients, providing advice and solutions to help organizations navigate complex regulatory landscapes and enhance their internal controls. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing increased ambiguity.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of our Governance, Risk, Controls, and Compliance team, where you will confirm regulatory compliance and manage risks for clients. Within our Advisory practice, you will leverage a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. Your work will involve interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations, developing a deeper understanding of the business context, and upholding professional and technical standards. This opportunity allows you to grow your skills while contributing to the firm's overall business strategies.

Responsibilities

- Navigating complex regulatory landscapes to provide strategic risk management solutions for clients
- Developing and implementing compliance frameworks to enhance internal controls and mitigate risks
- Conducting comprehensive risk analysis and controls testing to identify potential vulnerabilities
- Collaborating with clients to design and execute compliance program implementations
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and inform insights and recommendations
- Facilitating group discussions to promote understanding of corporate governance and regulatory compliance
- Conducting internal and external audits to validate adherence to compliance policies and standards
- Mapping processes to identify areas for improvement and optimize risk governance strategies
- Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
