- Support employee personal data processing, including data filling and updates.
- Assist with HR Operations administration, including letters, data recaps, and insurance databases.
- Support the end-to-end process of Employee Business Travel.
- Assist with other administrative activities within the Rewards team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or final-year student from any major.
- Understanding of administrative processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with Excel being the primary tool.
- Familiar with basic Excel formulas for data processing.
- Good communication skills, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
- Willing to work on-site in BSD, South Tangerang
