About the Role
We’re looking for a technically strong Revenue Operations Manager to join our Revenue Operations team and help ensure our Salesforce environment is scalable, reliable, and well-governed.
You’ll own the day-to-day administration and optimization of Salesforce, including its architecture, data model, automation, integrations, and reporting. You’ll partner cross-functionally with RevOps, GTM, Finance, Customer Success, Support, and other teams to build scalable solutions, improve data integrity, and reduce technical debt as MoeGo grows.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and optimize Salesforce architecture, objects, fields, data models, permissions, and automation.
Build, troubleshoot, and optimize Salesforce Flows and other automations.
Manage and troubleshoot dependencies between Salesforce and connected systems and integrations.
Evaluate changes for downstream impacts before implementation.
Identify and resolve technical debt, redundant automation, inconsistent processes, and data-quality issues.
Improve reporting and analytics accuracy through stronger data structures, reporting logic, and data hygiene.
Provide ongoing Salesforce administration and technical support to the RevOps team.
Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Strengthen Salesforce governance, documentation, and system ownership to reduce operational risk and dependency on individual team members.
Help create more connected and consistent processes across teams and break down system silos.
Minimum Qualifications:
3+ years of experience administering Salesforce in a complex or growing business environment.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, objects, relationships, permissions, and automation.
Hands-on experience building and troubleshooting Salesforce Flows.
Experience with Salesforce data quality, reporting, and integrations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a technical mindset.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce Administrator certification.
Experience supporting Revenue Operations, Sales, Customer Success, or other GTM functions.
Experience working in a SaaS or high-growth technology company.
Experience managing Salesforce technical debt and governance.
Familiarity with common GTM and RevOps tools and Salesforce integrations.
