Centre for Quantum Technologies @NTU (CQT@NTU) is looking for administrative/ secretarial support to Centre for Quantum Technologies (NTU) Principal Investigators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative/secretarial support to Centre for Quantum Technologies (NTU) Principal Investigators, support includes but not limited to procurements, travel arrangement

• Research grants management for the Centre for Quantum Technologies (NTU) researchers

• Any ad hoc duties assigned.

• Plan and execute events (e.g. industry and academic events such as seminars, colloquia, conferences and alike)

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Engineering or Sciences degree preferred)

• Excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills.

• Ability to work both as a team-member among multiple stakeholders and as an individual.
