We are looking for a PubSec Renewals Account Manager - Commercial Sub50K to join our team. This is a Remote role, reporting to the Manager of AMS Commercial Renewals in the WW Renewals department. As a Renewals Account Manager, you will be an integral part of Zscaler's global Sales and Go-to-Market team, focused on delighting customers, nurturing trusted partnerships, and driving a secure, cloud-enabled digital future. You will play a crucial role in cementing our position as a world leader in cloud security by managing a high volume of renewals and contributing to customer success.
What you’ll do (Role Expectations)
- Manage the timely renewal of contracts for customers in the commercial segment with $50K and lower ARR, a threshold that may change based on business needs
- Ensure high customer and partner satisfaction throughout a high volume of renewal workstreams
- Work directly with deal desk, pricing, partners, customer success, sales operations, account executives, and the end customer to get contracts renewed on time
- Adopt & Champion AI tools to stay on top of all tasks and improve your productivity to meet and exceed targets in a variable compensation model
- Develop an understanding of Zscaler products to help migrate existing contracts to current SKUs and identify potential upsell opportunities for the account executive to pursue

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with a proven history of integrating new technologies to enhance daily workflows and augment problem-solving
- A strong background in a high-volume renewal, sales, or account management environment
- Proven ability to manage a large number of transactions and consistently meet targets
- Excellent collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams like deal desk, partners, and customer success
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle a high volume of workstreams

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.
