We are seeking a Remote Client Services professional to support vacation planning activities and assist clients with organizing their travel details. Responsibilities:
• Provide client support throughout the vacation planning process
• Assist with researching destinations, accommodations, and activity options
• Collect and organize required trip details and preferences
• Prepare and update itinerary information and related documentation
• Communicate clearly with clients to ensure all questions are answered
• Maintain accurate client profiles and update internal systems as needed
• Coordinate follow-ups and scheduling to ensure timely completion of planning tasks
• Support the booking process by confirming details and providing administrative assistance
• Perform general customer service and coordination duties as assigned
