This position reports to:
HR Operations Specialist__
Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)
In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.
The work model for the role is: on site
This role is contributing to the Electrification Division in México.

You will be mainly accountable for:
- Active participation in recruitment in BC employees
- Employees files management – control and update
- Meets headcount requirements according to the business needs
- Lead BC employees with onboarding process: ducuments and contracts. Resolved questions related to their work area.
- Knowledge of BC employees benefits and salary categories.

- You are immersed in HR and the laboral market
- Have established skills in people management, communication & team work
