We are seeking a reliable and organized Receptionist to manage our front desk operations and support daily administrative functions. This role is essential in ensuring a welcoming environment and maintaining efficient office operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls while providing excellent customer service
• Accurately complete and submit timesheets in a timely manner
• Monitor office inventory and order supplies as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized office environment
• Coordinate travel accommodations (hotels, RV sites, and Airbnb) for out-of-town employees
• Prepare and send outgoing shipments
• File and organize assigned documents appropriately
• Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience
• Provide administrative support to team members as needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Previous experience in a professional office environment preferred

• Strong ability to learn new software and systems quickly
• Must pass a drug screening and background check
• Customer service experience required
