About the location:
AMAALA is situated along Saudi Arabia’s northwest coast and is home to some of the most diverse natural environments. Marking a new chapter for comprehensive wellness tourism, Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay will feature 220 keys comprising of rooms and suites, as well as villas with their own private pools, and 26 branded residential villas, all thoughtfully designed to offer breathtaking bay and sea views. The resort will include a luxury spa nestled within its garden of tranquility and inspiration featuring a sculptured waterfall. As a Receiving Clerk, you will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, and processing deliveries to ensure all goods meet quality and quantity standards. You will play a key role in supporting hotel operations by maintaining accurate records, ensuring proper inventory control, and coordinating with various departments and suppliers to facilitate the efficient flow of goods.
What You Will Do
- Receive and inspect incoming deliveries against purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Verify the quality, quantity, and condition of goods received.
- Record and process all received items accurately in the inventory management system.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Stores, Finance, and operational departments regarding deliveries and discrepancies.
- Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items and follow up on resolutions.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of received goods in accordance with company standards.
- Maintain accurate receiving documentation and records.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock control activities as required.
- Follow all health, safety, and security procedures.
What You Bring
- Previous experience in receiving, stores, inventory control, or a similar role, preferably within hospitality.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and receiving procedures.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems.
- Ability to lift and handle goods safely when required.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are a must.
