What You'll Be Doing

• Safely operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete products to customer job sites.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and complete required documentation.
• Maintain consistent communication with dispatch, plant personnel, and customers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Operate equipment efficiently while following all safety, environmental, and transportation regulations.
• Provide professional customer service and support quality product delivery at every location.

What Are We Looking For

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with the ability to safely operate commercial vehicles.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, compliance, and responsible driving practices.
• Ability to perform vehicle inspections, identify concerns, and complete required records accurately.
• Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Capability to work independently, adapt to changing schedules, and perform physical job requirements.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
