POSITION SUMMARY:

Provides operational support for pricing systems, data accuracy, and internal tools, ensuring timely updates, issue resolution, and system maintenance. This role collaborates across departments, supports reporting and database functions, and contributes to continuous improvement and special projects.


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • This hybrid position will be required to work in our Corporate Office at least two full days per week based on your team’s schedule
  • Validate weekly print ad pricing against Kroger Company systems and identify, document and escalate discrepancies to the appropriate stakeholders
  • Processing AutoAd to load pricing changes to the stores
  • Troubleshoot pricing issues and respond to internal Kroger associates
  • Enter and update tax status information within Kroger Company systems to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Promote a collaborative and effective working environment by sharing best practices and supporting continuous improvement efforts
  • Professionally represent PL Marketing while working with Kroger associates
  • Support special projects and additional initiatives as business needs arise

MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Experience working in the grocery industry preferred
  • Capacity to learn multiple computer systems and web-based applications
  • Skill and diplomacy in communicating with people
  • Able to interact effectively with cross-functional teams to accomplish common goals
  • Experience with Excel, Word and PowerPoint


MINIMUM PHYSICAL ABILITIES: 

  • Must be able to:
    • Remain standing/sitting for several hours at a time
    • Lift 10-30 lbs. occasionally
    • Have unlimited manual dexterity


PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Administrative support position in office environment
  • Retail or grocery experience
