• Lead and support failure analysis, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and reliability improvement initiatives for equipment failures, non-productive time, repeat defects, and field quality events.

• Ensure compliance with Baker Hughes quality management systems, customer requirements, API Q1/Q2, ISO 9001, ASME, DS-1, pressure control requirements, and applicable maintenance and operational procedures.

• Support vendor and supply chain quality by inspecting or reviewing raw materials, spare parts, redress kits, pressure control components, and critical consumables to reduce premature field failures and service quality risks.

• Track quality performance indicators, defect trends, audit findings, equipment reliability data, and CAPA effectiveness to support continuous improvement and management reporting.

• Work closely with operations, maintenance, engineering, HSE, supply chain, vendors, and field teams to promote a strong quality culture, improve equipment reliability, and ensure safe and compliant service delivery.

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Petroleum, Industrial, Chemical, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical quality and field operations experience.

• Have experience in quality assurance, quality engineering, equipment reliability, maintenance quality, or field service quality within oilfield services, pressure Engineering JDpumping, well services, or heavy industrial operations.

• Demonstrate knowledge of pressure pumping equipment such as frac pumps, cementing units, blenders, hydration units, acidizing systems, high-pressure iron, manifolds, pressure control components, and auxiliary equipment.

• Understand quality management systems and industry standards such as API Q1/Q2, ISO 9001, ASME, DS-1, inspection requirements, pressure testing, calibration, NCR, RCA, and CAPA processes.

• Be able to interpret technical drawings, inspection reports, pressure test records, maintenance history, failure data, equipment dossiers, and quality documentation to support risk-based decisions.

• Show strong analytical, troubleshooting, auditing, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive corrective actions through cross-functional teams.

• Be committed to HSE, compliance, operational discipline, service quality, defect prevention, and continuous improvement in pressure pumping operations.

• Have good communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to prepare clear reports, explain quality findings, and influence operational improvements.
