Quality Engineer

At Munters, we develop innovative, energy-efficient systems for mission-critical environments. We’re looking for a Quality Engineer who is passionate about continuous improvement and driving high-quality manufacturing processes.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive process and product quality improvements across manufacturing
• Analyze quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
• Support and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS)
• Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Suppliers to meet customer requirements
• Lead investigations into non-conformances, warranty trends, and customer complaints
• Track and report quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong problem-solving skills (Lean, Kaizen, root cause analysis)
• Experience with ISO 9001 or similar quality systems
• Ability to work cross-functionally and lead improvement efforts
• HVAC/R experience is a plus
