About this QLS Paintshop role at Airbus
Job Description:
- You will be responsible for ensuring that the product is delivered (As-built) and maintained fulfilling the customer/authorities' requirements and the design approved data.
You will follow up with the product during its entire life-cycle, including manufacturing activities (e.g. assembly, functional tests, flight test), delivery to customer and maintenance.
- You will act as the guardian of conformity and customer quality requirements & expectations leading quality matters E2E along the product and service lifecycle.
- You will assure monitoring of processes in production. In this context you will conduct assessment of process effectiveness and manage resulting recommendations and actions for improvement.
You will also manage process-related anomalies (containment, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions).
You will ensure that all processes are covered by up-to-date and validated process specifications or standards.
When samples are required as part of process assurance, you will ensure proper tracing and storing of those samples.
You will ensure establishment and implementation of procedures and controls for special processes including ensuring that all relevant activities related to validation, skills and competences as well as choice of test method for process performance evaluation are conducted in line with external and internal requirements.
You will be involved in statistical process control activities, assuring that the Quality of the data is in line with requirements and that necessary actions are taken when detecting infringement of pre-selected control limits.
You will be involved in reviewing and approving documents for manufacturing, assembly, integration, inspection and test, ensuring that they are in line with external requirements and internal processes.
You will ensure establishment of controls for Foreign Object Damage including controls for cleanliness of products.
You will define the way to monitor the performance of test activities.
You will ensure comprehensive documentation of tests as well as review and approval of test reports.
- You will conduct inspections and tests of products or services.
- You will manage product / service NCRs from initialization, root cause analysis, correction and prevention to close-out.
- You will contribute to IT Projects for the development and in-service support of Quality Tools and their digital infrastructure - Quality Tools encompassing Core Tools and IT tools supporting Quality processes (e.g. FMEA, SPC, NC, SAP, QSR tool, QLB tool, etc.).
