About the Role: We're a seeking a PTP Analyst with an understanding of SaaS operations to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will be responsible in supporting all PTP related activities. The role will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of PTP processes. The position will support vendor management, procurement activities and assist in payables function.

Responsibilities:

  • Process POs, Vendor invoices and Inter-company related invoices with adherence to SLAs and KPIs
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of transactions processed and ensure corrective action is performed where necessary
  • Manage inquiry from external and internal stakeholders
  • Updating of internal documentations related to SOPs and Work Instructions to ensure completeness
  • Assist in identifying and support changes in systems and processes
  • Managing Vendor information ensuring proper supporting documents and approval
  • Participate in ad hoc projects as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA or professional certification (CMA, CIMA) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in financial software, ERPs, and advanced Excel for financial analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptability to evolving SaaS industry trends and business requirements.
  • A track record of successfully implementing process improvements.
  • Hands on with finance processes in particular PTP related.
