About this Proposal Lead role at Chubb Fire & Security

We're looking for a talented Proposal Writer to join our Commercial Strategy Team. In this role, you'll support the delivery of high-quality tender submissions for commercial strategic and public sector opportunities, working closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders across the business. This is a home-based role working on a full-time, permanent basis.

SALARY: Up to £35,000 per annum (DOE)

What you will be doing as a Proposal Writer:
- Identify new proposal opportunities and own that proposal from start to finish.
- Write compelling, customer-focused tender and proposal responses.
- Review tender documentation and identify key requirements and opportunities.
- Coordinate stakeholders to gather information and manage submission timelines.
- Support SQs, PQQs and tender submissions.
- Proofread and quality-check content to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain and develop proposal content libraries and best practice resources.
- Support continuous improvement across proposal and bid processes.
What we would like you to bring:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook. Also experience using AI tools and Adobe software.
- Experience in proposal, bid or tender writing is desirable but not essential we would consider experience in procurement or publications or recent graduates with relevant experience.
