Responsibilities ：
Achieve targets within the allocated budget of regional marketing
 Achievement of sales and market share target
 Control local marketing expenses. within the allocated budget, leveraging resources to gain optimal ROI
Maximize the potential responsibility of regional marketing
 Implement central marketing activities and projects to ensure marketing strategy localized and fully implemented
 Collect, analyse and report regional market trends
 According to center marketing strategy and local market share, draw up market plane of targeted
 To assist central project execute in region
 Work closely with sales team to develop regional marketing strategy.
 Maintain and develop national and regional KOL to ensure marketing strategy endorsed by local KOLs.
 Coaching and training sales team in product knowledge update.
Qualification and Experience ：
 Solid market insight and business understanding
 Effective portfolio management capability
 Strength in concrete business planning and execution
 Effective cross-functional influence and collaboration
 Ability to perform well under pressure.
