What’s on offer?

We are looking to appoint a highly organised, detail-focused Project Support Officer to support a busy Fulton Hogan Utilities project team, based in Perth, WA. With a strong focus on administration, reporting, data management and process controls, you’ll help keep projects on track and provide accurate information needed for confident decision-making.

In this role you'll be responsible for:

• Supporting day-to-day project coordination and administration

• Preparing and maintaining project documents, registers, reports and meeting minutes

• Tracking milestones, actions, risks, issues and deadlines

• Assisting with dashboards, KPI reporting and management reporting packs

• Supporting timesheets, resource tracking, procurement and invoice processing

• Coordinating meetings, workshops, onboarding and mobilisation activities

• Maintaining accurate records, version control and document management.

How you'll connect to the role:

• Relevant qualification in Business Administration, Project Management or related field

• Experience in project administration, business support or project coordination in utilities, infrastructure, engineering, construction or energy will be highly regarded

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with spreadsheets and data

• Excellent organisation, time management and attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Strong written and verbal communication skills and confidence working with managers, project teams and customers

• Power BI or similar reporting tool experience is a bonus
