Program Manager will be responsible for the successful completion of projects, from needs assessment to solution delivery in a dynamic environment. This role will deliver several key projects across Business Operations and other transformational areas of the business
Key Responsibilities:
Creation and execution of project plans, including status reporting which aligns to the strategic Initiative Reporting process and Fraud team objectives
Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks
Managing RAID, report risks, escalate issues, as necessary, according to project plan
Pro-active identification and management of project dependencies
Analyse project status and, when necessary, revise the scope and schedule to ensure that project requirements can be met
Ensuring regular program progress and reporting meetings with project staff including facilitation of all project governance meetings- multi discipline and multi region teams
To ensure that all impacted teams are informed and aligned
Participate in and drive all existing process review meetings and help with the definition of new and streamlined process rollouts
Drive creation of training material and associated rollout program
