About this Project Manager - Product and Web role at Legora AB
About Us
Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar.
Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes.
1,000+ customers across 50+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview.
We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law.
Joining Legora means three things.
We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions.
We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback.
We grow together: as a team and with our customers.
Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts.
If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place.
We're looking for a Project Manager to lead everything related to product and web from
within the Brand team. You'll be the glue between Brand and Product Marketing — making
sure product marketing work is executed to the same high bar as our brand campaigns, at
speed.
You'll work closely with Product Marketers, the Senior Brand Designer, Product, Copywriter
and Web Designer to plan and run everything at the intersection of product and brand — from
launches to ongoing content and storytelling. You'll write briefs, manage and onboard
agencies, and oversee the internal team to keep work moving fast without losing quality.
A big part of this role is creative: thinking outside the box on how we develop content and
stories that educate our customers while feeling as sharp and considered as our brand
campaigns.
The Responsibilities:
Project leadership. Lead everything related to product and web from the Brand team,
keeping work on track and moving fast from brief to delivery.
Brand–Product Marketing glue. Be the connective tissue between Brand and Product
Marketing, working closely with Product Marketers, the Senior Brand Designer, Product,
Copywriter and Web Designer to ensure product marketing work meets the same creative bar
as brand campaigns.
Prioritisation. Call priority across competing product marketing and web workstreams,
ensuring the most important work moves first without everything grinding to a halt.
Process ownership. Partner with the Production Manager to ensure product and web
workstreams are visible in the same tracker as the rest of Brand's workload — not running as
a shadow system.
Briefing. Write clear, structured briefs that set creative and product work up for success from
the start.
Agency management & transition. Manage and onboard agencies, and clarify ownership
boundaries with existing web/product agencies — including legacy relationships or areas of
design leadership overlap — so accountability is unambiguous going forward.
Budget tracking. Make sure budget tracking is in place across agency and production spend,
so investment stays visible and accountable.
Internal team oversight. Oversee the internal team's work across product and web, removing
blockers and keeping momentum high.
Brand production studio. Make full use of the brand production studio for product content,
shoots and other in-house production needs.
Launch planning. Run alongside Product Marketing to plan launches and everything related
to product marketing at the intersection of product and brand.
Creative & content development. Think outside the box on how we develop content and
stories that educate customers while standing up to the same standard as our brand campaigns.
Reporting & escalation. Proactively flag priority conflicts and resourcing risk rather than
waiting to be asked — given how often priorities shift, surfacing issues early is critical.
AI-enabled workflows. Use AI tools to speed up briefing, planning and coordination without
letting quality slip.
What we are looking for
You operate with speed. You know how to move work forward quickly without letting
quality slip, and you don't let perfect get in the way of shipped.
You are a strong project leader who can bring structure to ambiguous, fast-moving
work without slowing it down.
You are creative and think outside the box — you don't just manage timelines, you
have a point of view on how the work itself can be better.
You are a strong writer, comfortable turning ambiguous asks into clear, sharp briefs.
You are comfortable managing agencies and internal teams alike, holding both to a
high bar, and can navigate and clarify ownership where relationships or scope overlap.
You are highly collaborative, building strong working relationships with Product
Marketing, Design and Copy.
You care about making educational, product-focused content feel as compelling as
brand campaigns — not a lesser cousin.
You proactively surface risk and conflict rather than waiting to be asked — you'd
rather flag it early than let it become a fire.
You use AI tools daily to work faster and smarter.
Experience and background
Experience. 5+ years in project management, brand or marketing roles, ideally within
a B2B, SaaS or high-growth environment.
Technical/platform fluency. Very comfortable in a CMS environment, understands
basic web/UX language and terminology, and can act as a translator between design
and product/engineering.
Speed & delivery. Proven track record of delivering high-quality work fast, in fast-
moving or high-output environments.
Product marketing collaboration. Experience working closely with product marketing
teams, ideally on launches or ongoing product content.
Briefing & agency management. Proven experience writing briefs and managing
agencies or external partners to a high standard, including navigating agency
transitions.
Creative instinct. A track record of pushing for better, more original ideas rather than
settling for the expected.
AI-native. You use AI tools as a matter of course to speed up planning and
coordination.
