About this Project Manager (high-volume delivery) role at Unboxed Training & Technology
The Project Manager supports the delivery of a high volume of projects for clients across Unboxed’s offerings, including SaaS products, consulting services, AI scenarios and custom training design. This role ensures that deliverables move efficiently through the development process, stay on schedule, and meet client expectations by coordinating communications, managing timelines, and partnering with consulting, training, implementation, and product teams. The position focuses on disciplined deliverable execution, clear status reporting, and proactive issue escalation in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supports delivery of multiple concurrent projects from initiation through deployment independently
- Maintains integrated project plans, schedules, and resource trackers; updates progress daily and adjusts plans to keep work moving.
- Coordinates day-to-day execution: assigns tasks, manages dependencies, runs status meetings, and removes blockers for project teams.
- Monitors scope, schedule, and budget adherence; flags variances early and proposes corrective actions.
Risk, Issue, and Change Management
- Tracks project resource availability and works with leadership to address constraints.
- Identifies, logs, and helps mitigate project risks and issues; escalates promptly when resolution requires senior input.
- Supports change control processes by documenting change requests and assessing impacts on scope, schedule, and budget.
- Serves as a primary point of contact for day-to-day client communications, providing clear and timely updates on milestones, deliverables, and risks.
- Prepares and delivers regular status reports, dashboards, and operational updates for internal leaders and client stakeholders.
- Helps educate clients about Unboxed’s delivery process and their roles in keeping projects on track
Team Development and Capability Building
- Partners with senior project managers to adopt and apply organizational project management standards, templates, and tools.
- Contributes to continuous improvement by documenting lessons learned and suggesting process refinements for high-volume delivery.
- Supports onboarding and knowledge-sharing for new team members on project workflows and collaboration tool

- Strong project coordination and execution skills, including planning, scheduling, risk tracking, and change documentation.
- Clear, concise communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to tailor updates for clients, executives, and project teams.
- Ability to adapt to client needs and provide a high level of client service while maintaining project management discipline.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving ability, using data to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and recommend next steps.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a high-pressure, high-volume environment.
- Proficiency with modern project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Kantata, Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar).
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a bias for action.
- Effective collaborator who can resolve conflicts, drive alignment, and maintain momentum across teams.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of project management or project coordination experience, preferably in SaaS, professional services, or custom training and consulting environments.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget in fast-paced, demanding settings.
- Experience coordinating with internal and external stakeholders and managing day-to-day client communications.
- Pharma sales enablement experience a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience with Kantata or similar PSA/project management platforms is a plus.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $95,000 annually
