At Motorola Solutions, we help people be their best in the moments that matter.We help firefighters see inside buildings and police officers see around street corners. We provide the situational awareness first responders need when a moment brings catastrophe. We do this by connecting them to seamless communication networks, applications and services, by providing them with real-time information, and by arming them with intuitive, nearly indestructible handheld devices.
The Fixed Video Team is a critical part of Motorola Solutions. Our FVIA Project Manager helps bring together the innovative video solutions that make a difference in the moments that matter most!
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Manage the development and implementation of Motorola Solutions Fixed Video products and services.
Coordinate with departmental and/or cross-functional teams, focused on delivering new or upgraded existing Fixed Video products or services.
Create, manage, and receive purchase orders.
Work with Fixed Video Sales and Pre-Sales Business Managers to incorporate MBE/milestones to capture service revenue.
Manage projects from inception to completion (or transition), including tracking and evaluation of project performance with Fixed Video Channel Partners, Fixed Video Sales, M&S RSMs and CSMs.
Ensure that FVIA revenue/costs goals are forecasted and updated regularly.
Participate in FVIA Pre/Post project review and status meetings, and communicate project status.
Look for ways to continuously improve FVIA process in Standalone and Ecosystem projects and drive efficiencies.
Assist in the development of business plans, strategies, and approaches to increase business opportunities.
Responsibile for accomplishing the stated project objectives within the stipulated time period and budget.
Ensure that the three constraints (quality, cost and time) that face every project are properly managed.
Manage large programs or portions of very complex programs.
Experience in running project phases.
Mangement development of the entire project.
The ability to establish track, and audit project budgets, analyze variances and develop action plans as required.
The ability to represent the organization on projects and function in a leadership capacity.
Involved in the management of project staff including project reporting, administration and communication.
Responsible for project planning, setting deliverable dates, and tracking those deliverables.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Manage the project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Develop a project plan to monitor and track all progress.
Manage and communicate changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project cost.
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Successfully manage all of the project resources.
Must be great at solving problems, and getting things done in a multi-organizational environment.
Participation in project reviews.
Strong knowledge of Motorola Solutions internal systems (CPQ, I-procurement, Kissflow, etc).
Preferred Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal, communication, customer service, account relationship, time management, organizational and negotiating skills.
Ability to prioritize projects and changing priorities, as necessary.
Must be Computer literate with working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Project, Outlook, Visio, and the ability to work in other software systems as required.
The ability to travel as required for this position.
The ability to train team members on various software programs as required for this position.
Target Base Salary Range: $85,000 - $95,000 USD
Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.

Basic Requirements
Required Skills:
High School diploma, Associates's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Finance, Management, Public Safety, or Technology.
5+ years of experience in Project Management, Deployment, or Product Management, plus PMP certification.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
