Project Manager (A&A/New Build)

Salary Range:
- $5000-$9000 (commensurate with experience)

Office Location:
- Tai Seng

Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 6:00pm
- Saturday: 8:30am to 12:00pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project timelines and schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Allocate manpower, materials, and budget efficiently for project execution.
- Serve as the main contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors, facilitating clear communication.
- Identify and address project risks and issues proactively.
- Ensure project compliance with contract terms and relevant regulations.
- Maintain quality control to meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide regular progress updates to management and clients.
- Monitor project expenses and manage the budget to ensure cost control.
- Resolve delays, conflicts, and unforeseen issues through effective problem-solving.
- Oversee project handover, ensuring successful completion and proper documentation.

Job Requirements:
- Experience working with main contractors in the construction industry.
- Familiarity with coordinating and managing multiple subcontractors, stakeholders, and resources on-site.
- 1–3 years of working experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager in Singapore.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD software.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project for presenting schedules to clients.
