This role is accountable for ensuring that all campaign assets and adaptations delivered across Asia markets are strategically aligned, operationally sound, and commercially effective. By bridging brand creative direction with local business realities, the Project Management Lead directly enables faster time‑to‑market, efficient resource utilization, and consistent brand expression across the regions. Success in this role reduces rework, minimizes delivery risks, and allows the creative team to focus on high‑value work — ultimately driving competitive advantage for the brand in Asia.

Lead

  • Lead the project management team to deliver marketing campaign assets creation and adaptations across Asia markets. These assets span online and offline channels such as digital, print, events, CRM, and e‑business.
  • Oversee project management functions related to deliverables, risk management, and problem solving.
  • Work with division functions (Social, Media, Event, CRM, E-business) to understand and contribute to paid, owned, earned strategy planning, ensuring the Creative Services team has clear delivery goals and scope for each campaign.
  • Orchestrate the delivery of campaign assets creation and adaptation while working closely with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders across Asia.
  • Define project delivery strategy and processes to ensure on‑time, on‑quality and on-budget output.
  • Partner with the Senior Project Management Lead and PMO to establish and optimize project processes, team structure, governance, and management tools.

Manage

  • Manage stakeholder requests, understand business needs, issues, and opportunities. Seek clarity with project stakeholders and provide feedback to relevant teams on project execution to align delivery priorities with business plans.
  • Oversee project planning and status tracking with internal and external partners to ensure healthy process execution.
  • Oversee vendor/supplier collaboration processes, including evaluation and selection, budget, contracts, and delivery.
  • Drive implementation of complex campaign‑related initiatives that require collaboration among local, regional and global teams.
  • Manage day‑to‑day Project Manager responsibilities. Ensure consistent project visibility by monitoring and reporting business objectives, achievements, and other key indicators.
  • Manage Creative Services internal resource capacity, track ongoing project status, and provide detailed resource reports for planning purposes.
  • Actively source external talents and vendors with specific expertise for creative and production support across Asia markets.

Mentor

  • Mentor and nurture Project Management team members to support career development.
  • Inspire the Project Management team and nurture a team culture that promotes effective project delivery.

Communicate

  • Work effectively in a bilingual environment (Chinese and English required; proficiency in an additional Asian language such as Korean is a plus).
  • Confidently present project plans/status and articulate strategies to resolve delivery issues through strong oral and written communication skills.

Collaborate

  • Work with regional and local markets to ensure that received briefs are complete and ready for project commencement.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with the Global Artistic Direction team and Regional Division to facilitate communication and collaboration on global‑local co‑op projects, asset requests, and production status.

1. Project & Program Management Excellence

  • Proven senior-level project management experience, with professional certification (PMP, Agile/Scrum, etc.) strongly preferred.
  • Track record of successfully delivering complex campaign asset creation and adaptation projects across multiple Asia markets using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Advanced knowledge of governance frameworks and project management tools.
  • Solid time management skills, comfortable managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Experience handling budgets and negotiating contracts with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Ability to see the big picture while drilling down into micro-level details.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with extreme attention to detail.
  • Resourceful problem solver comfortable tackling new challenges and making difficult decisions.

2. Business & Market Acumen with Learning Agility

  • Ideally brings proven understanding of consumer behavior, digital landscapes, platforms, social trends, and emerging technologies across key Asian markets (including but not limited to China mainland, HKMO, Taiwan, Korea, Thailand, Singapore).
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt campaign assets and content to local business needs and cultural nuances.
  • Passion for bridging business objectives with creative execution, even when market knowledge is still being built.

3. Stakeholder Communication & Impact

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal, written, and visual communication abilities.
  • Ability to effectively persuade and influence diverse stakeholders across teams, disciplines, and regions, with sensitivity to multi-cultural and multi-lingual situations.
  • Outstanding presentation skills, capable of articulating complex project plans to senior leadership.
  • A driver who not only influences one's own direction but also shapes the broader environment.

4. Brand, Design & Luxury Sensitivity

  • Keen sense of brand image, design aesthetics, and luxury brand values.
  • Ability to assess work from both strategic big-picture and granular design detail perspectives.
  • Experience working on high-end, brand-driven campaigns where quality and consistency are paramount.

*Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of project management experience within an advertising/design agency, in-house agency, or a combination of both.
  • Proven team management experience (4+ years), including coaching, mentoring, and nurturing career growth.
  • Fluent in Chinese and English (written and spoken); proficiency in an additional Asian language is a strong plus.
