Join our Global Brands Supply Project Engineering team and play a key role in delivering capital investment projects that shape the future of our manufacturing and distillation operations. Combining engineering expertise with collaboration, innovation, and project leadership, you will drive projects from feasibility to completion. You will craft safe, balanced, and high-performing solutions that unlock long-term value.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver CapEx projects across our sites, from scope development through to commissioning and close-out.
Partner with Operations and key collaborators to develop project requirements, technical specifications and arguments.
Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasts and governance to ensure successful delivery.
Lead external contractors and suppliers, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to specification.
Champion health, safety and environmental excellence during every phase of the project.
Identify and apply new technologies, guidelines and innovative solutions to improve performance.
Build strong partnerships across Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Risk & Governance and technical specialist teams.
Use data, analytics and structured problem-solving approaches to drive continuous improvement and solve complex challenges.
Act as a role model for collaborative working, root-cause problem solving and a culture of continuous learning.
Lead end-to-end delivery of engineering and capital projects, managing scope, budget, risks, and timelines.
Build strong partnerships with stakeholders, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to achieve successful project outcomes.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation, including contractor management under CDM 2015.
Support process safety activities, including PRA, HAZOP, LOPA, SIL, and SIS reviews.
Ensure projects align with DSEAR and PUWER requirements.
Drive continuous improvement, find opportunities for innovation, and deliver balanced operational benefits.
Provide clear project governance, reporting, and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
About You
We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the management of engineering initiatives and capital undertakings that support innovation, performance, and growth across our operations. You'll take ownership of projects starting from the feasibility stage through final delivery. You will ensure they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
With experience in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Process-related engineering, you'll bring expertise in delivering projects in production, industrial, or operational settings. You'll be a collaborative relationship builder who thrives on turning ideas into results, driving continuous improvement, and bringing value through strong partner engagement.
What You'll Bring
Experience delivering end-to-end engineering or capital projects within a manufacturing, industrial, or process environment.
Qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Process Engineering, or a related field.
Strong collaborator management, communication, and project planning skills.
Knowledge of PRA, HAZOP, LOPA, SIL, SIS, DSEAR, and PUWER.
NEBOSH (or equivalent Health & Safety qualification).
PRINCE2, APM, or equivalent Project Management qualification.
